Paid On Sale
Our pay on sale pricing is simple.
The cost for our services is passed onto the successful agent. Agents are notified that to proceed with selection process for your sale they will be paying a 20% inc GST fee from the total sales commission.
It’s important to note that when appointing an agent, the 20% fee is identical for all agents and is an industry standard. As such we are aligned with you in wanting to get the best agent for the job.
Flat Fee
Our flat fee is payable up front by the homeowner and no costs are passed onto the agent. Costs vary depending on property location.
